Join us for a deeply nourishing class designed to support the body, mind, and spirit during the golden years of life.

Each session will focus on:

    •    The fascia – opening and releasing stored tension

    •    The lymphatic system – encouraging fluid movement through the fascia

    •    The nervous system – bringing awareness to the sympathetic and parasympathetic states

    •    The joints – “oiling” them through gentle, intentional movement

    •    The breath – anchoring presence through breathwork

These classes are accompanied by music specifically chosen to support healing and gently influence the body’s systems.

Expect an hour of guided self-healing and movement-based massage.

Your instructor is originally from Israel and has spent the past 38 years studying life and death, a path that began with her own clinical death in 1987. She is a certified yoga, dance, and mandala teacher, a writer, and a ceremony and course leader in self-healing and development.

She is currently developing her own technique, Balancing and Synchronizing the Four Bodies — the mind, physical body, emotional body, and spiritual body. With over 20 years of experience working with elders, her recent work includes running a healing center for Holocaust survivors in Israel, where she led mindfulness and movement classes with loving care.
